She attended the TED Ankara College followed by graduation from the Faculty of Business Administration, Bilkent University in her higher education life. Next, she participated in the executive MBA program at the Department of Business Administration, METU. Always acting according to the principle of lifelong learning, Ms. Küçükel started to attend the OPM (Owner/President Management, 2019-2023) leadership program of the Harvard Business School in 2019. She also completed the Managing Health Care Delivery (MHCD) program of the Harvard Business School.

Her professional career started at Güven Hospital in 1993.

Being Member of the Güven Health Group’s Board, she took a role in foundation of the Güven Education and Health Foundation, the Güven Çayyolu Healthy Life Campus and the Güven Future – the health technologies company of the Group.

The Güven Future, her most recent major effort and passion, is the embodied representation of the vision adopted by the Güven Health Group and Ms. Banu Küçükel, who leads the Group.

Taking office in various departments and units of the Güven Health Group in a row for more than 30 years, Ms. Banu Küçükel is the chairwoman of the Güven Health Group’s Board.
